This should be read and understood by all Americans: Democrats, Republicans, EVERYONE!!
To All 535 voting members of the Legislature; it is now official you are ALL corrupt morons:
a.. The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775. You have had 234 years to get it right and it is broke.
b.. Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke.
c.. Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get it right and it is broke.
d.. War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to “the poor” and they only want more.
e.. Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke.
f.. Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to get it right and it is broke.
g.. The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.
You have FAILED in every “government service” you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars AND YOU WANT AMERICANS TO BELIEVE YOU CAN BE TRUSTED WITH A GOVERNMENT-RUN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM? IT’S NOT ABOUT THE NEED FOR GOOD HEALTH CARE, IT’S ABOUT TRUSTING THE GOVERNMENT TO RUN IT.
The Angels Rejoice!
Luke 15:8-10 says: “Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it? And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost. Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”
I am continually humbled by God’s presence and abundant grace upon our assembly. Today we had young person who had been seeking salvation for 3 months, come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ! While attendance today was lower than average, I thank the Lord for allowing us a part in the salvation of this soul.
I preached this evening out of Romans 1:16-17 on the topic of “The Gospel Worth Sharing“.

Sunday Update
Another Sunday in which we experienced the marvelous grace of God!
We had outstanding attendance at both Morning and Evening Worship. We voted in 3 new members and at present have 7 that need to follow the Lord in believer’s baptism.
This was the first Sunday in which we were able to utilize the new partition for the gymnasium. I will post some pictures later however, it was extremely helpful in closing in the gymnasium and making our meeting appear more inviting and full.
A huge thanks to all our folks who worked last Saturday for 5 hours to get it done.
Great Friday Night Service at the Couples Conference
We had a blessed night at the Bible Baptist Church in Everett. This was their second marriage conference with Bro. Bruce Humbert. He preached a thought provoking message on the attribute that should be present in a Biblical marriage.
Also enjoyed the fellowship with a couple from our church as well as pastors of like faith.
New Hymnbooks
Hallelujah, we got our new songbooks. I would highly recommend them – Songs and Hymns of Revival.
They are published by North Valley Baptist Church Publications.
Baptisms
4 folks followed the Lord in believer’s baptism this last Sunday. We should have a couple more to follow here soon!
2 Saved This Sunday
What a great Sunday! We had 2 make professions of faith this Sunday evening. We are still planning baptism for 6 this next Sunday evening. Thanks for all your prayers.
We also were blessed to be financially supported by another church over the weekend bringing our total support percentage to 55% of the needed total.
First Discipleship Class of 2010
We had a great Sunday evening service. We had our first discipleship class of 2010 with 4 new converts in attendance and all were excited about the study. Thanks for your prayers for all our new converts.
I started a new series on Worship on Sunday morning and preached this Sunday evening on bearing fruit.
We had 3 raise their hands asking for prayers in regards to their salvation but no one responded to the altar call this evening.
God is Good – all the time!
